Tarija, Bolivia travel photo memories. We did not stay long in Tarija, Bolivia – though was a sweet little town to visit. There was next-to-nil budget acommodations, and restaurant meals pricey for Bolivia.
But I am glad we went, and had a few nice days strolling around the three main plazas, while the awesome teen did some computer game time at one of the Internet cafes.
The markets are fun to not only walk through and take photographs of, but there are a few food courts and it is the best place to get cheap eats. One has outdoor seating on the upper level, great for people watching.
As is the norm for Bolivia, the locals do not like to be photographed, but I got some fun shots, most after they turned their heads!
We bussed to Tarija after our month-long stays in Copacabana, and Sucre, then headed back into Argentina to Buenos Aires.
