When we lived on the Atlantic coast of Uruguay for an extended time, I spent time off and on wandering around looking for things to photograph. These shots were for a new post on my old website to be entitled “Cacti in Uruguay”, but was too busy getting our hostal biz ready for summer.
I had only a $100 35mm digital Sony camera as couldn’t afford anything else at the time.
A decent shot will look great scaled-down on the Web from a cheap camera, just isn’t professional quality and not good for other purposes. I think these look pretty darn great!
I love flowers, and these blooming cacti were all over the town, fun to walk around and see what had a bit of interest. The ‘Flower or Cacti’ photograph may not actual be a cacti, wasn’t sure.
Sunshine yellow is obviously not, but a sweet shot just the same 🙂
